Mare and Foal Grading

It will be a great pleasure to welcome our breeders from the North West and North Wales to this lovely venue in Mold.

In addition to full studbook evaluations, we will also have a vet on site to offer microchipping and ID services, which some breeders may find very useful.

Physical evaluations costs £50 per horse. Your mare and foal will receive a detailed linear score and numerical marks. 

Foals and their mothers who are inspected for entry into our Select Studbook (following DNA verification) will be eligible for premiums:

Type and Health for foals

Type, Health, Performance and Legacy for mares
